The Baldwin is a collection of six distinct, single family, luxury town houses. Each is equip with a 2 car garage and a roof garden. This group of homes has a natural recreational park directly across the street. The bridge views only get better as you rise to each higher floor.

Each home has a direct fiber optic connection to the grid. Beyond that we have fiber wired each home so it will stand alone as an office speed, wired home office. Additionally, each home will have smart home technologies pre-wired and every home will come with an iPad to operate anything from your garage door to the lighting of your roof garden. We will create the smartest and fastest homes Philadelphia has ever seen.

We have chosen the most opulent detail work for each story of this split-level home. Architecturally these homes are beautiful and functional. Although there is plenty of space to hide in, there is more space to entertain in. We are sparring no expense in the details of each Finnish and fixture. Name brands lavish our spaces but quality and functionality are paramount in our designs.

1st : our main entry floor boasts an entry foyer east of the 2 car garage. There is a half bath on the entry floor as well, to service those in immediate need. The basement space will be a personal office or in-law suite, depending on their stay. Separated by a utility floor, this oasis can serve many purposes while still having plenty of natural light and a full bathroom. There is also an ample amount of storage in the lower level.

2nd : The living and dining room have an 11′ high ceiling with a functional wet bar on the east end and a private garden deck off the west end. The kitchen is slightly elevated to provide an extra deminision to living space. The kitchen is equipt with the most current European technology in the appliances and a sense of detail to the cabinetry that is yet to come to our market.

3rd : the third floor is planned as a master suite. Apart from a large master bedroom with a Miraculous view, there is a walk in closet for both him and her, furnished in a “Carrie Bradshaw” styled customized closet detail. We have created an additional bedroom / office / woman’s shoe museum off the master suite for flex space. The master bath has a unique bowl tub, customized vanity, glass shower, and jaw dropping tilework.

4th : each on-suite bedroom on the 4th floor boasts a walk in closet. The rear bedroom also has a 6′ x 18′ patio. The city views will be paramount only to the bridge views from the front bedroom. We have included a full wetbar on this floor adjacent to the open stringer staircase to the roof garden.

Roof Garden : we pride ourselves on the detail work and amenities of our outdoor spaces. This roof garden is fully loaded with electric, plumbing, and green space. Each home will have a pergola off the roof entry. Moments become endless with the amazing bridge and city view.
